Palito de Queso

This deep-fried delight starts with a thin, slightly sweet dough wrapped around a stick of tangy white cheese. Fried to perfection, it’s a textural tango – crunchy outside, warm and gooey center. Enjoy solo, dipped in sauce or as a flavorful party starter. Depending on the region where you are this pastry could also be called Tequeno or deditos.
